VFS Global Passport Delivery Problem After US Visa Approval

Our visa application at the U.S. Embassy in Ankara on July 6th was approved. We opted for the Premium Delivery service for passport return and paid ₺1,010 per person. On June 19th, we received a tracking email with a reference number from the GTSPremium Delivery address. Since then, despite countless emails and phone calls, we have yet to receive our passports. It has been impossible to reach a responsible party within VFS. UPS states they do not have the passports. Emails sent to the customer care (Gateway) address mentioned in complaints are not even being delivered. We are constantly redirected to the consulate’s tracking page, which shows the passports as ready. One of the missing passports includes other valid visas and qualifies as a high-value document. Due to an upcoming international trip, I am experiencing serious personal and financial loss. I will be initiating legal action against both VFS and UPS if this issue is not resolved immediately. I urgently request that this matter be addressed without further delay.
