VFS Global Ignoring Address Update Request for Premium Passport Delivery

I am writing regarding the premium home delivery service I purchased for my father’s US visa/passport through VFS Global Ankara US Visa Center. When I paid for the premium delivery service about a month ago, during the US visa appointment process, I provided our address but later noticed that the apartment number was missing. This mistake is on my side, so I immediately tried to correct it once I realised it. The US visa has been issued and the passport is now ready for delivery, but the address still cannot be properly updated. Despite this being a paid premium service, I have not been able to reach anyone from VFS Global to correct the address. There is no working phone number or email address specifically for VFS Global Ankara US Center, and all my attempts to reach a contact point have failed. I tried many times through the available channels, but there was no response and no clear way to communicate. We are based in Istanbul, and I even contacted the US Embassy in Ankara, but I still could not get support from VFS regarding the delivery address issue. My father’s passport and US visa are currently associated with the following details: applicant number (DS) AA00F56KW7, and tracking number from the US Embassy HAL342845954. The street name, phone number, email address and postal code are all correctly entered; only the apartment number is missing. This should be a simple correction, yet due to the lack of customer service, it has turned into a serious problem and caused us significant stress and concern about the delivery of an important travel document. I request that VFS Global urgently contact me and update the delivery address by adding the correct apartment number, and ensure that my father’s passport with the issued US visa is safely delivered to our correct address in Istanbul. Since we paid an extra fee for the premium home delivery service, I also expect a clear and accessible communication channel to be provided, at least by phone or email, so that similar issues can be solved quickly in the future.
