VFS Global Still Hasn’t Sent My Visa-Approved Passport to Courier
My passport, which has already been approved with a visa, has been waiting at the VFS Ankara office for the past five days. Although the shipment has been prepared, my passport still hasn’t been handed over to the courier company. Because of this delay, we’re experiencing a serious inconvenience, and our flight date is quickly approaching.
We’re waiting for delivery to our address in Kocaeli. When we contacted the courier company, they confirmed that the passports have not yet been delivered to them. We have also tried to reach VFS Ankara, but we have not received any response.
Our application and tracking numbers are: 1ZW449A96800622904 and 1ZW449A96800622897.
I urgently request that our passports be handed over to the courier immediately and that this unnecessary delay be resolved to prevent further inconvenience.
My spouse's passport arrived, but this time I didn't get mine. We paid the same fee for both and created a registration for delivery to the same address, the barcodes were created at the same time. I can't understand why one of the passports was delivered to UPS and the other wasn't. There are 10 days left until the flight, please. The shipment with the number 1ZW449A96800622897 should be delivered now.
My passport still hasn't arrived, it's been a month and there is no information at all. I think VFS has lost my passport, I want to be informed now.
