For the past two months, I’ve been trying to book a visa appointment through VFS Global, and the system simply won’t work. It constantly throws an error—“Common Section Message 4211”—and rarely ever loads properly. On the very few occasions the page does open, it crashes again before I can complete any booking.
We’re planning to travel with a tour group in July, and I’m seriously worried I won’t be able to get a visa in time due to this broken system. It’s been two months of trying, and if this continues, I honestly don’t know how I’ll manage in the next two months either.
This has become a major source of stress. Every login attempt ends in failure, and there’s no functioning support to turn to. For a service that collects ₺ from applicants, this level of dysfunction is completely unacceptable.
