I Can’t Book a France Visa Appointment on VFS Global—Site Keeps Failing or Crashing

I’ve been trying to book a France visa appointment through the VFS Global website, but it’s nearly impossible. Most of the time, I can’t even get to the appointment page—it either crashes, freezes, or gives constant error messages. And on the rare occasion I do manage to reach the page, it just says “no appointments available.”

It’s beyond frustrating that a company responsible for such a critical service has a website that performs so poorly. This isn’t some minor inconvenience—this is a vital process for travel, and people’s time, money, and plans are being affected. VFS Global, this needs immediate attention. Either fix your system or provide an alternative method for booking.

I sent an email to the requested email address. The response I received states that they are working on an issue caused by high volume. They also advised me to send an email with a screenshot if I experience the same issue. I feel like I'm stuck in a loop. It's very strange for such a large company to say they are experiencing problems due to high volume. In short, the problem still persists. The travel date is approaching, but I still can't even log into the system to get an appointment.
