VFS Global Appointment System Keeps Giving Errors

I have been trying to book an appointment through VFS Global for weeks, but I keep encountering the same error repeatedl...y. Every time I make progress on one page, I worry about what issue will come up next on the following page. It is frustrating that there has been no fix for this ongoing problem.
