Every time I try to access the VFS Global website to book a visa appointment, I’m first placed in a one-hour waiting queue. After patiently waiting, instead of reaching the login or application page, I’m met with an error message—as shown in the attached screenshot. It then tells me to “try again later,” but when I refresh the page, I’m thrown back into the queue again for another hour, only to end up with the exact same error.

This cycle has repeated itself multiple times and has made it impossible for me to move forward with my visa process. The page never loads properly, and I’m stuck in a loop of waiting and getting blocked.

VFS Global, I urgently need your support. Please fix this recurring error and offer a functional way for users to access the booking system. This is not just inconvenient—it’s actively preventing people from submitting time-sensitive applications. We deserve a system that works. Please resolve this immediately.

I am trying to make an appointment for a France visa through VFS Global. We can't even check for available appointment dates because you can't log into your account on the website. I wrote a complaint on Şikayet Var and the company responded immediately, so I thought they were interested, but then the site kept giving errors repeatedly. Even though I followed the steps they suggested in their response, I sent another email stating that the same problems continued, but of course, they are no longer responding. In the end, it always says your account is locked anyway. It is disappointing that a company acting as a visa intermediary uses such a terrible interface and never helps those who want to apply.
