Vestel Appliance Poor Installation Issue




I purchased a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, hood, and stove from Vestel. On May 29, the Maltepe Bağlarbaşı service team came for delivery and installation. They scratched my kitchen cabinets during installation and didn’t install the hood filter. They also didn't explain how to use the products. They promised to return on June 1 to provide explanations but asked for an additional ₺ for the filter installation. They claimed if I extended the warranty immediately, it would be half price, but it would double if I waited until the next day. Despite their rudeness, I allowed the Vestel service team into my home but received no proper service. To make matters worse, they hit the building's wall with their car while leaving and drove off without addressing the damage. Consequently, they didn't return to complete the promised service on the agreed date.
I called Vestel on May 30, June 1, June 3, and June 4 to repeat my complaint. Currently, we can’t cook at home, yet Vestel profits from us. Customer service keeps saying, “Your complaint is in the queue.” Of course, a company with this many issues would have thousands of complaints in line. Buying Vestel is a regret. I'm including photos of the damage and the moment they hit the wall. This complaint will also be pursued with the police. Don't waste your time dealing with such problems; buy globally recognized Turkish brands and enjoy peace of mind.

I searched everywhere, I messaged on WhatsApp every day, I called on the phone. I was told that my complaint was in line. That's the problem, there are so many complaints that you have to wait in line. This means there is no quality, Vestel.
