Vestel Set Up My Appliance to Work Once After Repair and Is Now Charging ₺6000
Vestel brand is a complete disappointment. Vestel repair service and Vestel deceived us in Turkey very easily. Vestel repair service deceived us so that it would only work once. After the repair, they ran it once at our house and left saying we delivered it without any problems. We tried to start it half an hour after the service went, but it didn't work and stopped with the same fault. Nothing has been done, just set to run once. They set up the machine to work once, showed it to us, and fooled us very well. They want us to pay ₺6000 for the repair process, which they started by saying it is under warranty.
I officially complained to Vestel in Turkey, but I have little hope because this is Turkey. If this scandal had happened in England, they would have been required to replace the machine with a new one immediately.
