Vestel Delayed My Refund for a Faulty Refrigerator Repair and Replacement Issue

My Vestel refrigerator broke down, and the lower section stopped cooling. The technical service came, took my refrigerator, and claimed to have fixed the issue with a part replacement for ₺3,800, assuring me it would work perfectly. However, the refrigerator didn’t work, so they came back and took it again. This time, they said the refrigerator was leaking gas and was completely unusable, requiring a full replacement. I agreed to purchase a brand-new refrigerator and naturally requested a refund for the ₺3,800 I paid for the part replacement. They told me they would deduct a ₺400 service fee and refund the rest, which I accepted. Yet, it has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. While they collect payments immediately, they have been delaying the refund for weeks. Refunds should be processed quickly and without the customer having to follow up, but unfortunately, this hasn’t happened. It’s disappointing and frustrating to experience delays after being misled by the initial diagnosis and left without a refrigerator for days. I am filing a complaint against both Vestel and the Technical Service to seek a resolution.

I know all of your suggestions and I tried to communicate, but it didn't work at all. Everyone says, "We will contact you," but no one actually does, nor do they refund my money. Instead of these types of template responses, I want an urgent real solution and action!
