My Vestel Sade 5915 Coffee Machine Has Leaked Since Day One


I purchased the Vestel Sade 5915 Turkish coffee machine about 15 months ago, and since day one, I’ve been experiencing a water leakage issue from the base of the product. I previously sent it to the authorized service center, but it was returned to me with the claim that “there’s no issue.” However, the screws on the bottom have become rusty, and the problem has never been resolved. I haven’t attempted any intervention or modification myself. I still have the receipt, and the product is within the warranty period. Due to this ongoing issue, I am requesting either a full refund or a one-to-one replacement of the product.
