My Vestel Refrigerator Has a Defect and It’s Not Covered by Warranty

I reported the issue through Vestel customer service. After the service team inspection, they determined the problem was caused by a leak in the body of the refrigerator. They informed me that the repair was not possible and, since the warranty had expired, a replacement would be available only for a fee. However, at the time of purchase, it was stated that all refrigerators had a 10-year motor and body warranty.
This defect is due to a manufacturing error, not user negligence, and I should not be charged for the replacement. The refrigerator is considered a defective product because of the production fault. Through my research online, I found that many people have encountered this same issue, and it is not repairable. I request that Vestel resolves this problem caused by a manufacturing defect. If a solution is not found, I will pursue my rights through legal means.
