I bought a Vestel inverter air conditioner in 2020, and since the day I purchased it, it has constantly leaked water both from the unit and the drainage pipe, as if dripping from a faucet. From the very beginning of the problem, I contacted Vestel authorized service many times; parts were replaced 3–4 times, the drainage hose was checked, and the indoor unit was replaced, but none of these fixed the issue permanently. The same problem continues every time I use the device. Because of the water leakage, I cannot use my couches or living area at home, and I cannot host guests; even my 9-year-old daughter is disturbed by this situation. Although the product is under warranty until 20.07.2027, the service and customer support repeatedly claim that this is normal due to the high humidity in Mersin and refuse to solve the issue. I have requested a refund or replacement many times, but my requests were always rejected. I want to emphasize that constant water leakage is not normal, that such a problem does not occur with other brands, and I demand that my grievance be resolved. I am requesting either a refund or a product replacement from Vestel.
