My Vestel KM 97302 Wi-Fi Dryer Is Not Drying Clothes

I bought the Vestel KM 97302 Wi-Fi dryer 15 days ago, and from day one, it hasn't dried clothes effectively. I've had the service team come out several times, but each visit ends without any meaningful intervention or a real solution being provided. The machine is obviously not working properly, but there seems to be no action taken to fix the problem. I am truly exhausted by the absence of support and the apathy I've faced during this entire experience. It's hard to comprehend how a company can offer a defective product and fail to fully own up to it. I find myself questioning the outcome of my situation and if my concerns hold any significance. I am really disappointed with my experience with Vestel, and I truly wish I hadn't made this purchase.
For 5 months, I haven't been able to find anyone to talk to, the machine is faulty, the employees and customer representatives are also problematic, and the service that came is problematic as well.
