On December 11, 2025, at around 12:05 a.m., I deposited approximately $26 into my VD Casino account using the FAST transfer method from my Akbank account. Although the transaction was completed successfully on my bank side, the amount was never credited to my casino balance.
After noticing this issue, I contacted the site’s live support. Despite clearly explaining my problem, the support agent using the name “f**” sent me messages containing insults and profanity, saying things like “we scammed you, you’re not getting your money,” and then blocked my account. Experiencing both a missing deposit and such disrespectful and abusive behavior has caused me serious distress.
I demand that the $26 I deposited be refunded to me immediately. Otherwise, I will file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities, including reporting the IBAN holder to whom I sent the money and submitting all related transaction details.
