Vd Casino Customer Support Ignored My Refund Request After Deposit Error
On October 13, 2025, while transferring money to my account in the live casino section of Vd Casino, I accidentally made an incorrect transaction. I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue. They told me to complete the remaining balance, which I did by depositing the missing amount. However, I was then informed that the transaction had to be completed in a single payment, and that multiple deposits could not be combined.
I requested a refund for the amount I had already deposited, but my request was denied, and I was again told that I had to deposit the full amount in one go. Throughout this entire process, the customer support agents were unhelpful and only provided automated responses, without offering any real solution.
The transaction was made via Garanti Bankası, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I request an immediate refund of the amount I deposited and expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
