VD Casino Deposit ₺2300 Not Credited No Customer Service Response
On September 1, 2025, I deposited ₺2300 into my VD Casino account via bank transfer, using the username B3. This transaction was made under the terms of a promotional campaign. However, the money never appeared in my account balance.
I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue, but I have not received any response. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and it is unacceptable that such a large amount can simply go missing without any explanation.
I am demanding that the ₺2300 deposit be credited to my account without further delay, or, if that is not possible, that a full refund be issued to me immediately. Casino platforms must ensure transparency and reliable customer support—ignoring users after taking their money is unacceptable.
