VD Casino Did Not Credit My $10 Deposit and Asked for More Money

About 30 hours ago, I deposited approximately $10 into the VD Casino website, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. Even though a long time has passed since the transaction, there has been no change in my balance.

Because of this issue, I contacted live support. During the conversation, I was told that I needed to deposit an additional $67 in order to prevent my account from being suspended, and that my account would be suspended if I did not make this extra payment. Instead of resolving my missing deposit, asking me for more money has both caused me financial harm and seriously damaged my trust.

I am only asking for the $10 I deposited to be credited to my account in full, and for this situation to be resolved without causing me further hardship. I request that the necessary investigation be carried out and that the amount I deposited be reflected in my account as soon as possible.
