While placing bets on Vbet, I was repeatedly logged out of the site. I kept logging back in, and eventually, it asked for two-step verification, even though I never enabled it. Then, I received a call from Vbet saying, "Your deposit is not visible, please send proof of payment." I provided the requested receipt, and they assured me my account would be reopened shortly.
However, when I tried to log in again, the system still requested two-step verification and wouldn’t accept my passwords. Later, when I finally regained access, support told me to request an email change, which I did. The next day, I changed my email, and my account was reopened—but shockingly, someone had already made two unauthorized withdrawals from my account!
How is it possible for another person with a different name to withdraw money from my account? When I emailed Vbet about this, their only response was, "You are responsible for the security of your account." They keep repeating the same thing without addressing the real issue!
Vbet, I demand an immediate investigation into this security breach and a refund of my stolen funds. If my account was compromised due to a flaw in your system, you must take responsibility! Fix this now!
