Vbet Locked Me Out & Won’t Let Me Access My Balance

While I was playing a game on Vbet, the site suddenly logged me out. When I tried to log back in, I was prompted for a two-step verification code, which I never set up.

I contacted support, and they asked me to submit documents to cancel the security verification, which I immediately provided. However, two days have passed, and I still haven’t received any response. Meanwhile, my ₺3,782 balance remains inaccessible, and I can’t log into my account.

This is completely unacceptable. I demand immediate access to my account or a full refund of my balance. Vbet, you are failing your customers—fix this issue now!
