Vbet Shows Withdrawal as Paid but No Transfer Was Made to My Account

I submitted a withdrawal request on the Vbet platform, and although the transaction is marked as “paid”, the money never reached my bank account. Right after the withdrawal status changed, my balance was also wiped from the site. I attempted to contact live support, but each time I tried to connect, the session was either cut off or ignored.

This situation is both confusing and unacceptable. If a withdrawal is confirmed as paid, then the money should reflect in my account—yet it’s been hours and there’s no sign of it. I’ve lost confidence in the platform and feel misled. I demand that the payment be completed immediately and my account balance re-evaluated.
