White Vans from SPX Torn After 2 Months – No Refund or Exchange Offered

I bought a pair of white Vans shoes from SPX for ₺3,000, expecting quality and durability. After only two months of light use, the shoes developed tears and cracks. I took them back to the store for inspection, hoping for a refund or exchange, but my request was denied. For this price, I expected a reliable product. Honestly, a pair from the market at ₺200 would have lasted longer. I strongly advise against purchasing from SPX or buying Vans shoes. I won’t be buying Vans again, and if I do, it certainly won’t be from an official retailer. It’s frustrating that a high-priced item turned out to be of such poor quality.
