Asics Shoes Tore in Months—SPX Didn’t Inform Me of Rejection Until I Called
Hello, my complaint is about SPX Store and the Asics brand. I sent my Asics shoes in for inspection after both sides began tearing and separating within 4–5 months of use. It’s unacceptable for a premium brand to fall apart this quickly.
What’s worse is how SPX handled the process. After waiting 10–15 days, I only found out that my warranty claim was rejected because I called them. If I hadn’t followed up, no one would have informed me. There was zero communication—no call, no message, nothing.
After reading other reviews and complaints, I realized I’m not alone. Many customers have reported the same issue with this model. I’ve now resubmitted my shoes for a second inspection. But if I receive another unjust rejection, I will escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
Asics and SPX, take these issues seriously. Your product failed within months, and your customer service failed entirely. I demand a proper resolution and acknowledgment of the defect. Stop brushing off valid complaints—we deserve better.
