On March 13, I purchased a pair of Vans Brooklyn LS shoes from Cix Spor for approximately 2,200 TL, and I have been using them daily. However, within just five to six months, the sides of the shoes started to split, and there is also an inner tear at the back of the shoe.
I have not yet contacted the store or the warranty service about this issue; however, if I cannot resolve it through this platform, I plan to visit the store directly. I still have the receipt, though I am not sure about the warranty document.
It is unacceptable for a product to develop such problems in such a short time. I am requesting a replacement for my defective Vans shoes.
