Salomon Waterproof Shoes Soaked Socks in Rain, Requesting Refund
I purchased a pair of shoes from SPX for around ₺8,000, advertised as completely waterproof, even in snow. However, during the first use in rainy weather, the shoes leaked so badly that my socks were soaked. This is unacceptable for a product marketed as impermeable.
I reported the issue to the brand and sent the shoes back for inspection. To my frustration, the complaint was rejected with the claim that "the shoes do not leak." Both the brand and the retailer refuse to acknowledge the problem, despite their guarantees at the time of purchase.
I feel misled and demand a full refund for this defective product. SPX must take responsibility for the shoes and provide a resolution promptly.
