I purchased a pair of Vans shoes (model no. 500714) from the Vans Ankamall store, and about six months after purchase, the sole started to tear and separate from the base. I only wore the shoes in everyday life about three times per week, and for three months, I didn’t wear them at all. The product is still under warranty, and I have the invoice/order number 20250327 as proof of purchase.

Since there is no Vans store in my city, I haven’t been able to contact the company directly or receive any assistance regarding my issue. I am requesting that the defective pair be replaced with a new one under warranty.
