Vans Ryland LS Torn Near Stitching After 20 Days — Requesting Replacement

On July 15, 2025, I purchased a pair of black Vans Ryland LS shoes from the In Street store in Bodrum Midtown. I wore the shoes a total of about 20 days, with 2–3 days in between uses, within a 50-day period. However, a tear appeared near the stitching after a short time.
After noticing the issue, I took the shoes to FLO’s Kuşadası city center branch, which is part of the In Street chain. There, only photos of the shoes were taken and sent for inspection — the product itself was not collected. Following the inspection request for my purchase (transaction no. 60970011507540360016, inspection request no. FP250906-546-0117288), I was informed that no manufacturing defect was found, and therefore, a refund or replacement could not be processed.
It is unacceptable for a shoe to tear after such limited use, and the quality fell far below expectations. I am requesting a replacement for the product under warranty.
