Amazon Refused Responsibility for My Columbia Fairbanks Shoes That Split in 6 Months
I purchased a pair of Columbia Fairbanks shoes from Amazon.com.tr six months ago. Despite wearing them only 5-6 times for daily use, the shoes have started to split at the sides. I contacted Amazon.com for assistance regarding the product's condition, but I haven't received a satisfactory response. Instead, I was told that, since the item was purchased from an overseas vendor, it is not their responsibility. I trusted the durability and quality of this brand, and it’s disappointing to see it become damaged and deformed with such minimal use. I am requesting that my issue be resolved.
Progress
About six months ago, I purchased a pair of Columbia Fairbanks Low shoes from Amazon. Despite not using them frequently, both shoes have started to tear from the sides. I reported the issue to Amazon, but they have not provided any assistance. I am disappointed that a high-quality and expensive product like Columbia shoes could wear out so easily. It is also surprising and frustrating that a reputable company like Amazon is not standing behind the product. I request that this issue be resolved, as I am left with a defective product despite having paid a premium price.
