Vans Shoes Purchased from Sneaks Up Damaged After Two Days, Warranty Denied
28

I purchased a pair of Vans shoes from Sneaks Up, but just two days later, I noticed that the mesh fabric on the front was coming apart. I immediately returned the shoes to the store, expecting a solution. However, I was told the damage was due to user error, which is unacceptable given the short usage time.

I sent the shoes back for inspection again, as I strongly believe this is a manufacturing defect, not my fault. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of accountability from the store. I expect Vans and Sneaks Up to resolve this issue fairly by offering a replacement or repair under warranty.
