However, after five days, I received a message stating that my refund request was denied, claiming it was likely due to "user error."
As a family, we have purchased 5-6 pairs of Nike Air Force sneakers over time without any issues. How can the sole of this particular pair splitting in half be blamed on the user? It’s clear this is a manufacturing defect.
