Nike Air Force Sole Split in Half—Requesting Refund
I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force sneakers from Sneaks Up’s online store, but the sole split in half after minimal use. I returned the shoes to the store for inspection, expecting a resolution. However, after five days, I received a message stating that my refund request was denied, claiming it was likely due to "user error."
As a family, we have purchased 5-6 pairs of Nike Air Force sneakers over time without any issues. How can the sole of this particular pair splitting in half be blamed on the user? It’s clear this is a manufacturing defect.
I request an immediate refund or replacement for this defective product. Nike and Sneaks Up must stand behind their products and resolve this matter promptly.
