I Face Leather Cracking on My Nike Air Force Shoes After 3 Months, Warranty Denied
I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force sneakers from Sneaks Up, and within just 3 months, the leather began to crack and the toe area started to separate. Despite the product being under a 2-year warranty, I was told by the store staff that I only had one chance to send the item in for inspection, and it would be better to wait until the damage worsened.
Taking that advice, I returned 2 months later when the issues became more visible. Yet after the inspection, I was told there was no material or manufacturing defect, and my claim was rejected. This is completely unacceptable. How can leather start peeling and splitting within 3 months and not be considered a defect?
Even a staff member admitted there had been multiple complaints about the leather quality of this model. It’s outrageous that such a widely reported issue is being brushed off while customers are left with deformed shoes that cost ₺. A premium brand like Nike should not ignore this level of product failure.
I demand a replacement or full refund. This is not just about the money — it’s about standing behind the product quality and honoring the warranty. Nike and Sneaks Up must take responsibility and resolve this fairly.
