I purchased a pair of Nike Mystick shoes from FLO on March 26, 2025, and soon after, I began experiencing serious quality issues — including stitching failure and sole separation. These problems occurred after only a short period of normal use, which is unacceptable for a shoe in this price range.
On July 21, I brought the shoes to the FLO store on Faik Bey Street in Kars. However, instead of physically sending the shoes for a proper inspection, the store staff simply took a few photos and told me, “The process is now handled through pictures; the product will not be sent to the service center.”
The very next day, July 22, I received an SMS stating that no manufacturing defect was found and I could retrieve my shoes from the store. This decision — based solely on photos — ignores the visible and physical quality issues with the product. It is disappointing that such serious defects were dismissed without a hands-on inspection.
My claim, filed under review ID FP250721-093-0040114 for purchase 9990100000000MMU9S2B, was rejected even though the product is still under warranty and accompanied by a valid invoice.
I’m requesting that my complaint be re-evaluated properly — this time through a full physical inspection of the shoes. I expect Nike and FLO to take this issue seriously and resolve my grievance by offering either a replacement or a refund. A brand like Nike should not ignore quality failures, especially when clearly documented and reported within warranty.
