It's been a month since I sent my shoes in for warranty, and they have been waiting at the store where I bought them for a week. I can't use the shoes because of the noises coming from the soles. I have explained this countless times and complained everywhere. They called a week ago and said they would take care of it and try to help, but I haven't received any information or emails about the process for a week. They only care until the sale is made, and after-sales service is terrible and irrelevant. The company is currently victimizing me by not replacing the product I paid for, even though it has a manufacturing defect, and they are keeping the product. The authenticity of their products is questionable, and there is no such thing as after-sales support. The fact that brands like Nike, used by millions of people, have their products sold by such incompetent companies and the authenticity of the products being questioned completely destroys brand reliability. I expect an urgent solution from the company and want my product to be replaced!
