It´s an absolute joke, trading is easy, but when it comes to withdrawals at Capital.com, it's terrible. There is no help desk. Documents are rejected because staff never reads them, asks you to submit documents that you submitted 4 times until they are processed. In my opinion, this is a company made of well-dressed thieves hiding behind FCA-regulated status to con their unsuspecting customers into making ever large deposits into their accounts knowing well they would never see the money ever again. I just want my money to go to the same account as previous payments! In a highly competitive industry, that's not how customers are treated. I will definitely never trade with Capital.com again. I'm still waiting for a response on when to transfer the money to my account.
