Robinhood Won't Let Me Transfer Crypto - No Customer Service

Last year, I purchased Bitcoin and altcoins using Robinhood, but I've been facing difficulties in transferring them ever since! Whenever I make an attempt, it consistently prompts me to provide my identification and undergo Face ID verification, assuring me that I will be able to transfer funds once the verification process is complete. However, even though I fulfill all the necessary criteria every time, they consistently find new reasons to prevent my transfers or withdrawals. I've exhausted all possible options, yet my funds remain inaccessible. Unfortunately, it seems that there is no available customer service representative to assist you. Additionally, the live chat feature only provides scripted responses and does not offer further assistance. All I want is to get my money back and close my account as soon as possible.
