I Canceled Subscription but Still Got Charged by Converter Space
On August 11 and August 18, 2025, two separate charges totaling $52 were made to my Ziraat Bank card under the name Converter Space without my knowledge. I used the service because it was advertised as a free membership, and after finishing my task, I canceled my membership. Despite this, I was still charged, and I did not receive any confirmation or notification regarding the cancellation.
I tried contacting both Converter Space and my bank about this issue, but I have not received any response. I want to emphasize that these transactions were made entirely without my knowledge.
I am requesting that my membership be fully canceled and that all charges be refunded to me.
