ESPN Bet Delayed My Debit Card Withdrawal and Ignored Customer Support Requests

The way ESPN Bet treats its customers truly disappoints me. While using a debit card results in instantaneous deposits, the experience of withdrawing money is a horror. Though they say it only takes 24 hours, my withdrawal has been caught in "pending approval" for nearly 48 hours despite following all the guidelines stated on their own site. Getting in touch with customer support is useless; you will wait endlessly only to talk to someone, and when you do, they either provide prefabricated statements or suddenly cut off the conversation should you ask for actual answers. They seem to have created the system to irritate consumers into giving up. Given a brand connected with ESPN, I expected a far more polished and open service.
