Converter Space Won’t Let Me Cancel Subscription Before Billing
I started a weekly package on the Converter Space app as part of a trial period. However, since I was not satisfied with the trial, I wanted to cancel my subscription, but there is absolutely no “cancel” option visible in the app or on the website. I have been dealing with this issue for the past 2–3 hours today. Since the billing date is approaching, I am concerned that my credit card will be charged.
I emailed Converter Space customer support about the issue, but they only redirected me to a page where the cancel option is still not available. I also sent screenshots to explain the problem, but there has been no progress.
My email address is registered in the system. I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately and that no charges be made to my card.
