Converter Space Tried to Charge Me After I Canceled My Subscription

Even though I canceled my Converter Space membership on time through the website, an attempt was made to charge $26 to my Garanti Bank card on August 23, 2025. Despite my membership appearing as canceled in the system, this situation caused me inconvenience.

I tried to contact customer service regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response. I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, that no charges be made to my card, and that my inconvenience be addressed. I have all relevant receipts and documentation available.
