Unauthorized Converter Space Subscription Needs Refund

The service called Converter Space started a subscription without my knowledge and charged my Garanti Bank Bonus credit card $19.99 USD per month for two months, totaling $39.98 USD. These transactions were made entirely without my knowledge or consent.

Even though I contacted both Converter Space and Garanti Bank customer service regarding this issue, no solution has been provided.

I am requesting that the unauthorized subscription be canceled immediately and that the full $39.98 USD charged to my account be refunded. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
