Converter Space Took Money Without Permission or Subscription

On August 13, 2025, and August 20, 2025, two separate charges of $19.99 USD each were made to my Türkiye Finans credit card (last four digits: 0028) by a company called Converter Space without my knowledge or consent. These charges were made even though the service was advertised as free, and no approval was obtained from me.

When I noticed the issue, I contacted Türkiye Finans customer service. However, I was told that I needed to contact the company directly to cancel the transactions. Since it is not possible to reach any contact number or representative of the company, I have been unable to find a solution. The transactions appear on my credit card statement as “converter.space,” and two separate charges were made in this way. I have never encountered such an issue before and have not started any membership or subscription.

I am requesting a full refund of the charges made without my knowledge. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights if the refund is not provided.
