Remitly Transfers Are Slow, Money Gets Stuck In The Account

I tried using this money transfer service to send some cash overseas. As soon as I try to send my first thing, they lock down my account. worse, can't even delete my account because it's locked! Now I gotta get a whole new debit card because of this mess. used them before, and it worked fine. But then, next time around, it's delays galore! They keep asking for more and more stuff, they say their fees are free, but they hold onto your money forever, as for their super fast transfers, but my money gets stuck for days on end. When you ask, all they mutter it's their "partner's" fault? wish I never even bothered with them. Save yourself the headache.
