Vakıfbank Deducted Money as Profit-Making Package Fee from My Loan Without Notice

On December 9, I withdrew a personal loan of ₺80,000 from my Sky Limit account using the VakıfBank mobile app. I observed a deduction of ₺3,150 labelled as "VakıfBank Profit-Making Package Fee Collection." I feel that this charge was applied unjustly and I am requesting a complete refund. Experiencing this kind of deduction while utilising banking services took me by surprise. I contacted customer service, but I was unable to receive a clear explanation regarding the reason for this fee. As a long-time customer, I was taken aback and let down by this practice. I anticipate a prompt refund of the fee to my account; if not, I will take the appropriate legal steps.
