A Transaction Fee Charged Without Notice - Refund Request
On the morning of October 14, around 7 a.m., I made an EFT transaction of ₺5,000 through the VakıfBank mobile app. During this transaction, a fee of about ₺6 was deducted. No information about this fee was provided beforehand, and I wasn’t notified in any way. When I called VakıfBank customer service to ask about it, I was told to visit a branch without any attempt to address my concern. I experienced inconvenience both because the fee information wasn’t shared before the transaction and due to the lack of interest from customer service. I request that the deducted EFT fee be refunded to me.
