Request for Refund of Unjust Charge on VakıfBank Mobile App
On 16/06/2024, an amount of 2,362.50 TL was deducted from my account (account number 00158007322008315) via the VakıfBank mobile application. According to the regulations related to insurance and the insurance legislation of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Turkish Code of Obligations, the amount must be refunded to the customer's account. In this context, I request the refund of the 2,362.50 TL fee deducted under the name "Kazandıran Tarife" for the loan I took out and was forced to accept.
