VakıfBank Seized My Entire Salary for the Past Two Months
To the General Directorate of VakıfBank, I regret to inform you that for the past two months, my entire civil servant salary has been blocked by the bank without exception. Last month, my full salary of ₺39,482.13 and this month, ₺40,689.22, were completely withdrawn from my account the moment they were deposited. I understand that these deductions are due to my personal loan debt; however, instead of deducting the legal percentage, the bank has seized my entire income, causing significant hardship. Despite speaking with customer service multiple times, no solution has been provided. I only received a legal notice, with no further explanation. I am now unable to meet my basic needs and am facing serious difficulties. For my account number TR05**************************11, I request the return of the amounts seized from my full salary.
