Telegram Account Hacked and Phone Number Changed Without Permission

I use Telegram on my Android phone (Realme 15T). About 7 days ago I noticed that my Telegram account had been hacked. My friends started receiving sexual links and other messages from my account which I did not send. After that, the hacker changed the phone number linked to my account, so I completely lost access and control. I tried to regain access but I cannot log in anymore and I see verification requests while I have no control over the account. Meanwhile, my friends and contacts may still be receiving inappropriate messages that look like they are from me, which is damaging my reputation. My request from Telegram is that the hacker’s number and access are removed from my account, my own phone number 89596247** is re‑linked to the account, and full control is returned to me. If that is not possible, I kindly ask that my current compromised account be blocked or deleted completely so that no one can use my name and contacts in this way.
