My friend in the United States sent a package with tracking number EH038768398US through USPS on August 2. According to the tracking information, the package arrived in Turkey on August 6. However, even after 16 days, the shipment has still not been delivered to me.
When I call PTT, they say the tracking number is incorrect and that my package never arrived in Turkey. On the other hand, when I checked with USPS, they told me that the shipment was handed over to the local delivery company.
Honestly, it feels like it would have been faster for me to travel to the United States and bring the package back myself. Both PTT and USPS need to show more respect for the work they do and the customers who rely on their services.
