USPS Package Not Delivered, Unable to Find Local Branch Information

I placed an order on August 8 using online payment, and the shipment with tracking number LM329692249US has shown the status “available for pickup at branch” in Turkey since September 5. However, I have not received the package to this day, and I cannot find any information about which company or branch currently has the shipment.
The package contains an important product worth approximately $114. My delivery address is Efeler, Aydın, Turkey. This was the first time I used USPS for a shipment, and unfortunately I experienced this problem.
I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my package be delivered to me without further delay.
