UPS Türkiye Delivery Problem

Our shipment with tracking number 1Z4552V70427097501 entered Turkey on September 12, 2023, and the customs clearance process was successfully finished on September 14, 2023. It was then handed over to UPS for distribution. However, despite 8 days having passed, there has been no progress, and we are left in the dark about when it will finally arrive. This marks our third experience with UPS for imports, and while previous delays of 3-4 days were frustrating, this time it's a whole new level of disappointment. Their customer service is, without a doubt, a complete disaster. Whenever I call, they inquire if the customs clearance has been completed, almost as if making a joke out of the situation. Their response usually boils down to, "We are reporting the urgency to the authorities," with no concrete solutions or information provided. We're stuck in a frustrating limbo where our goods remain undelivered, and we have no clarity on when this ordeal will be over. It's truly disheartening.
